Kitchen Team Member

$14.00 – $16.00 per hour

Mon-Thu, 7:00am - 1:30pm and Fri-Sat, 8:00am - 2:00pm

We’re looking for an experienced, dependable kitchen team member who takes pride in their craft. The ideal candidate brings at least three years of commercial kitchen experience, is bilingual in English and Spanish, and is eager to contribute across all areas of the kitchen.

Responsibilities

  • Plate dishes consistently and according to Stone Mill standards

  • Assist with prep work, follow house recipes, and operate kitchen equipment including fryers

  • Bread catfish and plate our signature entrées with care and consistency

  • Read and execute kitchen tickets accurately

  • Support teammates across all kitchen stations as needed

  • Maintain a clean, organized work area throughout your shift

  • Complete closing kitchen cleanup alongside your team each evening

Requirements

  • Commercial kitchen experience

  • Strong knife skills; willingness to continue learning and refining technique

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 20–40 pounds

  • Punctual, responsible, and genuinely invested in the quality of your work

Schedule

A mix of day and evening shifts are available, with additional hours as your training progresses. We’re looking for a team player who works well with others and is committed to delivering a great experience for every guest.
